Dr. Klaus Bosselman - the Earth Charter

Green law and the Earth Charter. Author of When Two Worlds Collide, Bosselman helped negotiate the first Earth Charter at the 1992 Rio Global Forum. He later served as a legal adviser to the Earth Charter Drafting Committee and continues to promote the Charters implementation in Germany and New Zealand. He is Chair of Earth Charter Aotearoa New Zealand (ECANZ) and Co-Chair of the IUCN Environmental Law Commission Ethics Specialist Group. First broadcast March 2006
