Homographs

What do Row, Row & Row mean? Migrants find it difficult to guess the meaning of words when aword is spelt the same as one with another meaning. Row can be a row of trees or pronounced like 'how' can mean an argument. Homographs cause a lot of confusion. But what exactly are these words and are there any tips to guessing their meanings.
