Linking verbs

When you write English sentences you have to link the subject and the object with a verb. The most common linking verb used in a sentence is the verb "to be (I am, she is, we are). What if I told you not to use the verb "to be? Can you think of alternate verbs you could use? This lesson teaches you many other linking verbs to help you make your sentences more interesting without actually changing the meaning.
