Charles Dickens said: "Reflect upon your present blessings -- of which every man has many -- not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.� How do you know what you have achieved or failed in some areas? This lesson explains the meaning of reflection and why at the end of the year, one should reflect on the past 12 months. You will be motivated by several quotes by famous people.

Women's Voices

This half hour series features interviews and discussions on matters of interest to women in general and migrant women in particular.  Women working in the community talk to women with shared experiences, to people who can help, to female achievers. Heartfelt and empowering discussions about crucial topics in women's lives networking women’s issues, women’s arts and talents.

Pass the Mic

Pass The Mic spotlights the stories and experiences of New Zealanders from migrant and former refugee backgrounds. The first series from 2022 is a community-led collaboration in partnership with Belong Aotearoa, Sport Waitākere and Storyo, hosted by Elina Ashimbayeva. The second series from 2025 focuses on the employment experience of lived experts and was made with funding from the J R McKenzie Trust.
